Its vehicles are foundin environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks tohunting preserves.Responsibilities :
- Responsible for full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities, including but not limited to local parts sales,service invoicing, and more.
- Assists with local system administrative activities, such as employee and asset data entry.
- Coordinates receiving activities by storing and stocking materials in their proper locations while ensuringsystem accuracy.
- Ensures inventory accuracy by conducting frequent cycle counts and material aging assessments
- Completes daily data entries in customer secondary software
- Supports local and organizational leadership with end-of-month activities. To include, but not limited toinventory reports, productivity, and invoicing summaries.
- Assists leadership with customer follow-up regarding aging accounts receivable as required
- Coordinate badging system processes and audits through site-specific authorities
- Maintain and order department supplies and materials while ensuring the organization and cleanlinessof the general office appearanceQualifications :
- Education : High School Diploma / GED Required
- Years of Experience : 3 or more years of relevant experience required
- Software knowledge : Microsoft office suite, SAP, and Salesforce. Previous experience with customersecondary systems preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport-issued ID badge per the airport contract
