About the Opportunity
E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Rosemead. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to support business decisions.
Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for:
- Interpreting and applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure accurate financial reporting;
- Preparing and reviewing month-end accounting processes, including accruals and financial statement variances;
- Developing and executing financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize financial processes;
- Providing financial guidance and support to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
- At least three years of experience in accounting or a related field;
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $54,900 - $68,600, based on your skills, education, and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This is a hybrid role, requiring two days of onsite work in Rosemead. You will work in a professional office environment, using standard office equipment such as computers and phones. The physical demands of this role include sitting/standing for up to 8 hours per day and moving freely for up to 8 hours per day.
