Role and Responsibilities
The essential roles and responsibilities are outlined below:
- Sell refrigeration construction services and HVAC/R service contracts and repair work to new customers within a 4-hour radius of Charlotte
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Negotiate pricing and scope of new service contracts
- Work with E2 technical team to educate customers on best options for their needs
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses in company CRM or other tracking methods as required
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Answer customer questions about services provided by company
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Other duties as required
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of Commercial/Industrial Refrigeration Sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of applied Refrigeration equipment systems, Building Automation Systems, and associated support services.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong business decision-making skills with a solid financial acumen.
- Solid problem solving and proven negotiating skills.
- High sense of urgency.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
Preferred Skills
- BA/BS degree in Engineering or related field a plus.
- Closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, high energy level, meeting sales goals, professionalism.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office-related products.
- Proficient with CRM tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
