Position Summary
The Associate is responsible for performing client work and developing expertise in a specific area of E78 Advisory Services. The Associate will work closely with the practice and collaborate with other team members across different service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis, modeling, valuation, diligence, and research on various projects and transactions under the direction of the senior associate.
- Assist the senior associate with audit preparation, transaction due diligence, and other accounting standards.
- Initiate reports, presentations, and proposals that communicate key findings, recommendations, and risks to internal and external stakeholders for the senior associate to review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Internship in finance or 2 years' experience in a Big Four Audit, National Accounting, Management Consulting, or Professional Services firm.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills and the ability to ha.ndle complex and large data sets
- Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and accounting principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with financial software, such as Power BI and Adaptive is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Candidates who reside near E78's corporate headquarters in Oak Brook, IL, are required to work in the office 3 - 4 days a week
- The base salary range is $80,000 - $110,000, plus bonus and will be based on experience.
