Summary
As an Account Executive, you are the bridge between the agency and our clients. You are the day-to-day lead, collaborating with our agency’s creative and production teams to ensure the client’s objectives and success metrics are being met. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple accounts and varying programs across our global client roster in a creative, fast-paced and fun environment. You’re right for the role if you’re self-motivated, can find clarity in ambiguity and have a penchant for organization and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Set the team and client up for success by leading client and internal meetings and effectively using internal project management tools
- Drive brand experiences from conception through launch, trouble-shooting issues and adding value-added ideas along the way
- Develop and manage project documents such as scopes of work, decks, project briefs, timelines, status documents and budgets, championing process and workflow
- Communicate and build relationships with clients, keeping the broader internal team in the know on important discussion points, potential challenges, and/or new insights and learnings
- Stay on top of industry trends and technologies and bring your insights, innovations and ideas to the team
- Actively add to the culture of Agency EA’s culture, mission, vision and values
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience within events, marketing, advertising and / or digital
- Enjoy collaboration, are adaptable and a team player
- Confident and able to effectively build client relationships
- Proactive, resourceful and are an excellent communicator
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- Proficient in G Suite or Microsoft software applications
- Are willing and able to travel as required
- Background in Experiential Marketing a plus

This position will be local to the Chicago area, coming into the office 3x (M, W, Th) a week and working from home 2x a week (Tu, F). Agency EA is located in the River North neighborhood of Chicago.
