We are looking for an Office Administrator to help manage all aspects of the organization and serve as an essential part of our team. If you're an organized, detail-oriented individual who strives to complete task in a timely manner, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate has accounting experience and will be capable of handling everything from customer relationships, managing A/P and A/R (including aging), to supervising company policy adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Work with all team members to create/implement efficiencies.
- Answer phone calls professionally and process customer requests.
- Process invoices and bills for services.
- Receive and input A/R for billed services.
- Provide support to owner while out in the field.
- Check payroll timesheets and process payroll.
- Talk with vendors to ensure pricing structures.

Experience:
- QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)
