Responsibilities

- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone systems and email, ensuring a high level of service.
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for team members to optimize productivity.
- Proficiently use Google Suite applications for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
- Assist in organizing office events and meetings as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
