Qualifications:
Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair Construction Tech (eg. machine control and guidance systems, tiltrotators) on heavy construction equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, or related fields are a plus.
Practical experience with machine control systems, construction tech, automation, or robotics preferred but not required.
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic troubleshooting skills—you know how to fix problems when they arise.
Hands-on experience working with heavy machinery or similar equipment.
Good communication skills—you’ll be interacting with operators and clients regularly.
Ability to work independently and with teams in different environments and remote locations.
Willing to travel frequently across the U.S. (up to 80%) with trips lasting 1-2 weeks at a time.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
