Our client, a landscape company in Caseyville, IL, is looking for an Office Manager!
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
You will be responsible for aiding executive professionals with organization, customer and supplier interactions, and overall communication. To be successful, organization skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are helpful.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong administrative skills
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
- Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system
- Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff, following up on results
- Assist CEO and Director of Operations with the organization of projects and other administrative aid
- A sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with both customers and internal departments
- Maintain flexibility in required task assignments with the ability to prioritize and organize
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
REQUIREMENTS:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
