KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE :
- Managing work programs or capital plans for a transportation agency including, but not limited to : Bond financing, planning, project development Public procurement, processes and policiesConstruction support, right of way, maintenance and operations.
- Technical knowledge of limited access facilities including roadway, structures, and tolling systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Management skills required to lead and direct a team of engineers, Managers, support staff and subconsultants.
