Join Our Team as a Clinical Case Manager !
Are you passionate about supporting Behavioral Health & Justice Involved Population and making a real difference in their lives? EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 79,000 people through 100 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Clinical Case Manager to join the Manhattan Diversion Court Case Management & Recovery Support Services program.
Salary: $34
Schedule: 9AM-5PM, Monday- Friday
Location: Manhattan, NY.
Reports to: Program Supervisor
What are the key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, social work, counseling, forensic psychology, psychology, sociology, or criminology or CASAC with significant experience in Substance Abuse, Mental Health or Criminal Justice.

Must have knowledge of treatment programs.

Good communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work cooperatively with treatment and mental health systems.

Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, and email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments.
