Strategic Advisor / Director – Educational Institution Development

Are you a visionary leader in the higher education space? We're looking for a Strategic Advisor / Project Director with proven experience in designing, developing, and launching universities or academic institutions in the U.S., ideally in Florida.

🎯 What you'll do:

• Lead institutional design, academic planning, and sustainable development strategy
• Advise on Florida's regulatory and accreditation processes
• Oversee market and feasibility studies
• Build alliances with academic institutions and regulatory bodies
• Guide operational and academic implementation during the launch phase

🔍 We're looking for someone with:

• 6 years in senior leadership roles in higher education or consulting
• Hands-on experience launching or scaling a university or similar institution
• Strong knowledge of Florida and U.S. higher education regulations
• Academic background in Education, Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus
