What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Sales Representative position at Eagle Aluminum?
This role will be responsible for:
- Answering calls and responding to internet and/or email inquiries from customers
- Entering data into CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
- Providing price quotes and following up on those quotes
- Listening to customers and providing them with options/guiding them to the appropriate product
- Taking orders and entering data into our system
- Following up on orders with vendors
- Following up on open quotes
- Following up with current customers
Skills needed for this role include:
- Strong time management
- General mathematical aptitude (includes understanding metric/fraction conversions)
- Great phone etiquette
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to be flexible and work on the highest priority items as needed
- Strong communication skills
