Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in person to address inquiries and provide product information.
- Produce and maintain social media content.
- Accurately enter customer data into the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist with orders from start to finish including entering into our program, ordering apparel, counting apparel, and folding once job is completed.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Experience with graphic design is a plus.
This is a 1099 Contract position with hours Monday-Thursday 9am to 4pm and Friday 9am-12pm. We are willing to be flexible with hours if needed.
