What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Support Coordinator position at Eagle Brook Church?
POSITION SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to the Campus team. Acts as the campus expert on Eagle Brooks church management system (ChMS) and maintains database integrity. Reports to Pastor of Campus Operations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides ChMS support to campus team by:
- Entering data
- Conducting periodic audits to ensure data quality and integrity
- Training staff and administrative volunteers on how to best use ChMS
- Preparing reports, forms, and other documentation
- Manages the background check process including processing background checks within ChMS
- Recruits, develops, and oversees administrative volunteers to further support Eagle Brook Church and our attendees
- Provides general support as needed in the following areas:
- Event planning and coordination
- Inventory and ordering of supplies (general office supplies and ministry collateral)
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience (typically 4 years) requires
- 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
- Ability to recruit, lead, and develop volunteers
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Proficient in MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- Experience working with database systems preferred
JOB DETAILS
- Location: Lino Lakes, MN
- Status: non-exempt / hourly
- Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00
- Full/Part Time: full time
- Regular/Temporary: regular
- Workdays: Monday – Friday, occasional nights and weekends
- Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Remote Eligible: may be eligible to work from home one day per week
