Eagle Brook Church is seeking a highly relational, experienced pastor to become our Eagle Brook Association Engagement Manager. This person will maintain strong networking relationships with current and future Eagle Brook Association (EBA) churches, champion the promotion of local and national EBA trainings, invite pastors to attend, and secure event venues. He or she will assist with the EBA coaching program through mentoring, consulting, and ministry knowledge. POSITION SUMMARY
Spearheads the Eagle Brook Church Association (EBA) efforts to bring training to churches around the country and world. Networks with key ministry leaders and identifies training host sites. Leverages relationships, marketing, and promotions to invite ministry leaders to training events and ongoing mentoring. Assists with the EBA coaching program through mentoring, consulting, and ministry knowledge. Reports to Eagle Brook Association Director.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruits new churches for EBA trainings by networking with key church leaders locally, nationally, and globally
- Strengthens and maintains relationships with EBA alumni churches to ensure long-term engagement
- Works to identify host locations for EBA training sessions and oversees the training calendar
- Equips host sites with resources needed to successfully host training sessions
- Manages ongoing connections with Converge Regional and National Leaders to expand EBA influence within our denomination
- Manages and executes EBA promotion, messaging, and recruiting strategy in advance of EBA events
- Works closely with EBA Director and Eagle Brook’s creative teams to increase EBA brand awareness and targeted marketing campaigns
- Coaches pastors to implement the vision culture and key EBA principles
- Helps manage EBA church database in collaboration with EBA Data & Logistics Administrator
- Responds to emails, voicemails, and questions from church leaders
- Measures the performance of EBA strategies
- Collaborates with EBA Director on continuous expansion of EBA’s influence and impact
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination and experience (typically 8 years) required
- Educational background with a focus in leadership development preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of Eagle Brook Church pastoral staff experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing church leaders
- Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
- Licensed or ordained as a pastor preferred
- Call to vocational ministry and desire for people to know Jesus
- Evidence of spiritual maturity, biblical knowledge, and relational wisdom
- Strong Eagle Brook Church cultural awareness and alignment
- Ability to connect with diverse group of leaders
JOB DETAILS

- Status: exempt / salary
- Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
- Full/Part Time: full time
- Regular/Temporary: regular
- Workdays: generally, Monday – Friday. Occasional nights and weekend.
- Work Hours: generally, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Occasional evening hours.
- Remote Eligible: may be eligible to work from home one day per week
