GENEROSITY STEWARDSHIP MANAGER // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH
JOB OBJECTIVES
- Leads the creation and evaluation of strategies to both support as well as increase the generosity of attenders
- Manages regular communications to financial partners
- Partners with campuses to implement Generosity strategies
- Equips and resources staff through managing Eagle Brook’s Power BI system and ensuring database accuracy
- Reports to the Generosity Director
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Regularly communicates with ~500 households through thank you notes, emails and phone calls
- Serves as a liaison to campuses and equips them to "win" by implementing Generosity strategies, including sending monthly reports of first-time givers, providing a list of financial partners to reach out to for meetings and answering any questions
- Provides oversight for the Generosity Challenge, an annual initiative for Generosity
- Pulls and distributes weekly giving reports from Power BI
- Manages the Generosity dashboard in Power BI
- Measures, monitors and responds to the effectiveness of strategies in data
- Creates quarterly communication that is sent to all financial partners, reminding them of the impact of their support
- Works cross functionally with other departments on content creation, projects and specific strategies
- Manages an assigned budget
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manages data entry in database
- Participates in other Generosity projects through editing and ideating
- Collaborates with the Generosity team on the effectiveness of various opportunities with financial partners and attenders
- Researches and maintains database of creative and relevant ideas and techniques to increase generosity
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook Church’s nine core beliefs
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of development or comparable work experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross functionally and maintain strong relationships
- Adaptable in changing environments with ability to maintain positive and helpful attitude
- Team player
- Proficient in MS Office and church management systems
JOB DETAILS
- Location: Hugo, MN
- Status: Exempt/Salary
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
- Full/Part Time: Full Time
- Regular/Temporary: Regular
- Workdays: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends
- Work Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with occasional evening hours
- Remote Eligible: may be eligible to work remotely one day per week

- Occasional remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
