Position Purpose

Responsible for the administration and coordination of logistics operations and sales analysis in support of Walmart Sales, as directed by the V.P. of WMC Cheyenne and the Director of Walmart Sales. Accountable for the coordination of logistic and sales support programs for our largest customer.

Essential Duties

• Coordinate Walmart logistics and sales support programs along with sustaining the coordination across Company departments for program execution and problem resolution.
• Maintain effective control and management of the Walmart replenishment and order flow program, meeting Walmart stated performance standards.
• Coordinate with the Walmart Bentonville team to ensure key events, such as opening days and holiday periods, are supported with correct store inventory levels.
• Provide store point of sale analysis to Company executives on a weekly basis or as directed.
• Ensure pricing structure and item configuration are accurately maintained in both Company and Walmart databases and identify and correct any discrepancy.
• Contribute to the annual sales forecast for Walmart to the Company forecast manager and relay the need for changes based on the weekly sales analysis or change in programs.
• Coordinate execution of special sales promotions, such as point of purchase displays. and sidekicks, with all affected company departments
• Perform accurate entry of export/import data. Maintain excel spreadsheets, input data daily with accuracy while maintaining integrity of current and historical data.
• Learn and perform data entry, invoice and inter-company order processing duties to assist the order management and accounting departments.
• Communicate weekly-anticipated order and shipment flow.
• Assists in the preparation and coordination of sales meetings as they relate to assigned accounts.
• Notify the IT Department of EDI mapping or information flow changes.
• Assists with forecasting and expediting of product.
• Assists shipping and inventory control with item adjustments.
• May attend Walmart meetings and trade shows as requested.
• In the V.P.’s absence must be able to resolve order related issues to ensure deadlines and workflow expectations are met.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• College degree in logistics, marketing, sales or related studies preferred.
• Minimum two years of similar experience.
• Advance skills in Excel programs including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and strong excel workbook skills required.
• Analytical and mathematical skills for data input, formula entry, with strong knowledge of Excel.
• Able to use keyboard to quickly and accurately enter data.
• Able to assemble, report and analyze data from computer-based systems.
• Must have the proven ability to work with Walmart personnel and Company executives in a manner that achieves the desired results.
• Experience using Access a plus.
• Walmart Retail Link and Scintilla (formally Luminate) experience preferred
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Able to effectively communicate via email with all levels of management, and internal and external contacts.
• Must be detail oriented, organized and able to follow direction and support department priorities.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Able to work and remain focused on detail in a busy work environment.
• Able to sit at a desk, use a computer, keyboard and monitor to perform data entry.
• Able to work at a PC and perform computer functions up to 80% - 95% of the time.
• Able to concentrate on a single program or presentations for up to 4 hours at a time.
• Able to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and in meetings.
• Able to perform data entry into Excel spreadsheets.
• Must have good visual acuity to read and perform order processing and data entry.
• Must have manual dexterity to use keyboard for accurate and efficient data.
• Able to stand, stoop, twist, reach and bend for significant periods of time to file documents and perform other tasks in a distribution center.
• Able to lift 30 lbs. occasionally when transferring files and moving boxed documents.
• Able to stand, walk and move about the warehouse facility as needed.
• Able and willing to perform other tasks outside of the clerical scope of work.
• Occasional domestic travel may be required.
