Eagle Eye, Hawk Hollow, and Timber Ridge are Mid-Michigan’s premier championship golf courses, banquet, wedding, and conference facilities. We seek responsible banquet servers to join our team to provide our guests with outstanding golf and social experiences.
Banquet Server Position:
Banquet servers are part of a team responsible for servicing a variety of social engagements. This is a seasonal, part time, hourly position. We specialize in weddings, corporate meetings, and other social events, many of which have high guest volumes and a full and robust menu. Banquet servers are responsible for table service duties, prep work, and closeout tasks. If you have prior experience in a banquet setting, you would be the perfect fit!
Requirements and Qualifications:
Set up linens, napkins, china, flatware, and other items as required prior to the event.
Assist with food and table preparation, prior to each event.
Serve food to our guests, plated or buffet options.
Clear tables, clean the room at the end of the event, assist banquet supervisor in closing tasks.
Punctuality, positive attitude, with an attention to customer service is required.
Ability to work efficiently, swiftly, as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain open communication with supervisors and co-workers.
Previous banquet serving experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be available to work on weekends.
Minimum 14 years of age, with reliable transportation.
