What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Structure position at Eagle Eye Golf and Banquet Center?
Eagle Eye, Hawk Hollow, and Timber Ridge are Mid-Michigan’s premier championship golf courses, banquet, wedding, and conference facilities. We seek responsible banquet structure staff to join our team to provide our guests with outstanding social experiences.
Banquet Structure Position :
Part of a team responsible for setting up and breaking down event spaces at each of our banquet facilities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Communicate routinely with facility managers regarding assignments.
Must be hardworking, dedicated, and reliable.
Strong work ethic, trustworthy, loyal, value a job well done.
Ability to work swiftly yet thoroughly, with or without a team, in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and able to follow instructions/interpret floor plans
Relay any maintenance issues that you see to management, so they can be addressed/tasked.
Previous experience with banquet structure and event setup is a plus, but not required, training will be provided for all job tasks.
Flexible schedule, willing to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be able to lift heavy items, move freely, and have good agility.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 18 years of age, with reliable transportation.
