What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grill Support/Lunch on the Turn position at Eagle Eye Golf and Banquet Center?
Eagle Eye, Hawk Hollow, and Timber Ridge are Mid-Michigan’s premier championship golf courses, banquet, wedding, and conference facilities. We seek responsible grill support staff to join our team to provide our guests with outstanding golf and social experiences.
Grill Support / Lunch on the Turn Position:
Responsible for prepping, cooking, and maintaining the grill kitchen, and serving golfers their food and beverages with a great attitude, in a timely manner. This is a seasonal, part time, hourly position.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Preparing and cooking food, storing food appropriately.
Accuracy and speed in taking orders, preparing food, cashing out customers.
Excellent customer service skills, professional and friendly communication with guests.
Maintain a clean grill and serving area, dining area at all times.
Flexible in your role to assist in the service area as needed.
Execute other grill/food related tasks as the situation requires.
Follow sanitation standards and procedures complying with health code regulations.
Communicate and work well as a team, in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Must be able to lift/move 40 pounds and stand on your feet for 8 hours a day.
Must be 16 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
