Eagle Eye Marketing is looking to add a Social Media Marketing Strategist to our digital team. Our ideal candidate is someone with 2 years of digital marketing experience who has been working in an agency environment and has been focusing on ongoing social media campaigns, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization. This is a client-facing role working directly with accounts to strategize, plan, and execute marketing initiatives to help clients reach their goals. We are looking for someone who can make an immediate impact on our growing team and support our current digital team.
Responsibilities:
CONTENT
- Create high-quality, professionally written and designed digital content optimized for SEO/SEM to drive engagement, lead generation and sales
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and look for content that is in demand
- Write and edit content, adhering to each client’s style guide, check for errors in grammar, punctuation, and style
- Create content strategies that are in line with the client’s goals
- Maintain editorial calendars by scheduling due dates and tracking content
- Adhere to deadlines, ensuring goals are met
SOCIAL
- Work closely with the team to develop social media campaigns that achieve client’s marketing goals
- Create and execute client social media ad campaigns and organic social media content
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, optimizing deliverability and open rates
- Develop and produce monthly reports for all digital tactics identifying appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and optimize the client social media accounts on an ongoing manner
- Analyze the social media strategy and outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
- Expand knowledge of digital products
- Understand and be able to execute campaigns on social platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat

- Stay up-to-date with trends, challenges, and best practices to create content that drives engagement and brand awareness

Professional Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience creating high level artwork in Adobe, Canva, or similar program
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
- Knowledge of social media ad campaign set up, monitoring and execution, and the respective social media dashboards

Pay: $46,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
