The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Eagle Eye Networks Austin office. Reporting to the Global Vice President of Human Resources, in general, the Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office activities, managing and purchasing office supplies, coordinating and scheduling corporate travel, handling administrative tasks, coordinating office events, and providing support to various departments. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front office.
- Ensure office supplies are regularly ordered, stocked, and organized.
- Order and support the daily lunch ordering.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for executives and staff.
- Assist with scheduling and ordering onsite/offsite meetings and meals.
- Assist with travel coordination including reservations for candidates and executives (flights/hotel/etc.).
- Event Coordination:
- Organize and manage office events, such as meetings, conferences, team-building activities, and celebrations. This will require working outside of normal working hours.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist HR with human resources related tasks.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including preparing workstations and necessary supplies.
- Other Duties:
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of office management or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with office management software and Google docs in addition to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- This is an IN office (on site) in Austin, TX - with typical office hours [e.g., 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday]. On occasion you will be required to work extra hours and at times outside of typical business hours. The HR Team manages corporate events that are regularly held on weekends.
Salary: This position is an hourly position with an entry rate of $23.00 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime.
