Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is looking for a motivated Partner Program Analyst to spearhead an exceptional partner program aimed at expanding and nurturing relationships with both new and existing Eagle Eye partners. This role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to enhance partner engagement, foster loyalty, and create revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will manage the Eagle Eye Partner Program overall value exchange, ensuring a positive overall partner experience. This position is based in our Austin, TX office reporting to the Director of Global Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the global Eagle Eye Reseller Partner Programs and partner experience including the positioning and messaging of the program benefits, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure each program is operating effectively (e.g., Qualified Leads, Cloud Call), mining data insights for partner tiers and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and more.
  • Collaborate with sales and field marketing to ensure new partners are aware of the partner program benefits to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage reporting of partner program tiers, including collaboration with sales for QBRs, movement of partners to the next tier, communication of new benefits, recommendations for annual partner awards, etc.
  • Manage the end to end Annual Rebate process globally, including collaborating with finance for payment and keeping relevant sales stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure the new business partner portal includes partner program and marketing benefit requirements, in addition to managing these elements as needed once launched for a seamless partner experience.
  • Manage and host regular webinars to inform/train new and existing partners on co-branded marketing best practices, available resources and marketing benefits, etc.
  • Maintain, refine, and/or develop new benefits that help existing partners increase their marketing capabilities and drive usage of the Eagle Eye partner program.
  • Vet new partner program concepts through the partner advisory council to gauge feedback in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation and regional marketing team to recruit new partners through marketing tactics such as emails, social, digital and virtual and in-person events.
  • Keep up with channel marketing trends and best practices, especially as it relates to offering a competitive partner program.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing channel programs or marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing techniques and associated technologies.
  • Proven team player with a focus on collaboration
  • Working knowledge of a partner relationship manager (PRM) and/or partner portal required.
  • Experience in channel marketing and understanding of sell to and sell through business model preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Zoho, Excel, Hubspot, Asana or similar tools preferred.
  • Security industry experience a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Partner Engagement Score: Measure the level of interaction and satisfaction among partners through surveys and feedback mechanisms. This could include metrics like participation rates in webinars and training sessions, frequency of communication, and overall partner satisfaction ratings.
  • Tier Advancement Rate: Track the percentage of partners moving up tier levels within the partner program annually. This indicates the effectiveness of engagement and loyalty initiatives in encouraging partner growth and development.
  • New Partner Acquisition: Measure the number of new partners recruited through marketing efforts and initiatives. This can be tracked quarterly or annually to assess the success of integrated marketing tactics and outreach strategies.
  • Annual Rebate Program Participation: Track the percentage of eligible partners who enroll in and successfully complete the annual rebate program. This reflects the effectiveness of communication regarding program benefits and encourages participation.
  • Revenue Growth from Partner Sales: Measure the year-over-year growth in revenue generated through partner sales. This KPI will assess the overall financial impact of the partner program and the effectiveness of collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
