Position Summary
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) is responsible for managing daily repossession operations within a designated market area, ensuring all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. This role focuses on leading staff, managing resources, and maintaining high productivity and operational quality.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Supervise day-to-day operations, guiding Recovery Investigators and Tow Drivers to meet and exceed company expectations and operational goals.
- Productivity Oversight: Accountable for EER’s performance metrics and efficiency within the assigned market area, adjusting team resources as necessary to align with demand.
- Asset and Equipment Management: Ensure regular maintenance, optimal functionality, and safe operation of all vehicles, equipment, and storage facilities, following guidelines from the State Operations Manager.
- Staff Development: Support and mentor team members, reinforcing company values and promoting consistent achievement of performance standards.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide ongoing updates on operational status, challenges, and successes to the State Operations Manager, seeking guidance when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of four years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally within logistics, recovery, or a field operations environment.
- Ability to complete and uphold required background and motor vehicle checks.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on leadership and team motivation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
