Role Name : QA Test Engineer with functional knowledge on Core Peoplesoft HCM modules
Role Description :
Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Core HR Benefits Payroll Recruitment (External / Internal) and Onboarding processes.
Conduct endtoend testing of PeopleSoft HCM functionalities including data validation system integration and support user acceptance testing.
Conduct thorough QA testing and generate detailed reports on test results defects and risks.
Utilize project management tools like ALM Jira and ClickUp for effective test planning execution and tracking.
Having Automation testing experience on Selenium w Java will be a good to have.
Qualifications :
57 years of handson experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM modules (HR Benefits Payroll).
Strong understanding of endtoend testing processes for HR Recruitment and Benefits.
Experience with SDLC methodologies and QA best practices.
Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium or UiPath preferred).
Expertise in using project management tools (ALM Jira ClickUp).
Good analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
