Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, technical expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning : Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Execution & Delivery : Manage project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Team Leadership : Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and manage issues effectively.
- Communication : Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and challenges.
- Technical Oversight : Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Process Improvement : Evaluate project outcomes, implement lessons learned, and refine processes for future projects.
- Budget Management : Track project budgets and ensure resources are utilized effectively.
