Responsibilities
Job Description Summary
The Process Coordinator assists the process manager in GMPs auditing, preventive and corrective actions executions, M3 transactions among other responsibilities. Process Coordinator must be able to maintain safety and quality requirements while working in a team-based concept.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Audits GMPs on milk, sugar, and oil receiving, as well as process and cut open on a daily basis.
- Labels and maintains system piping.
- Audits blend sheet for accuracy and completion.
- Performs cut open M3 transactions.
- Participates in Gemba walks.
- Captures daily yields and cream performance.
- Audits completion and accuracy of OEE file.
- Maintains count of milk and sugar loads received for the week and month.
- Audits ingredients lots number vs use.
- Assists process department in any corrective action.
- Understands milk, sugar, & oil receiving.
- Audits process charts for completeness and accuracy.
- Performs cleaning/sanitation process (CIP) for raw silos, lines and trucks to ensure requirements are met and maintains equipment clean.
- Understand and can perform cream loadouts.
- Audits Clean in (CILs), Master schedule sanitization (MSS), and Good manufacturing Practices completion in Redzone as assigned.
- Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices as stated within the policy.
- Follows all safety rules & procedures by working safely and ensuring safety of others.
- Follows all food safety procedures.
- Follows all environmental protocols as applicable.
- Follows all sanitation procedures and work instructions.
- Performs any other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Competencies
- High School or Equivalent.
- Must be able to follow instructions, read and understand equipment manuals and procedures.
- Able to work required shifts.
- Experience with Food Safety Audit expectations and requirements preferred.
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, able to bring energy to the performance of a task.
