Construction Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team on-site.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed for construction projects.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety for all team members.
• Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support various construction activities, including framing, roofing, and finishing work.
• Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas as required.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day.
• A commitment to safety practices and procedures on the job site is essential.
• Willing to climb ladders and not scared of heights

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
