This position requires applicants to have three years of prior experience in commercial or industrial custodial services or equivalent leadership experience. Applicants must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Applicants must also be able to participate in the development of and execute site plans as provided by management, conduct site inspections, complete reports, submit photos, and other reporting as needed. Applicants will need to be cross-trained across multiple sites for coverage support and to be able to train new hires. Interested parties should have experience with quality assurance inspections and developing recommended corrective action plans. As an Eagle Janitorial Service & Supply Co. partner, you belong to a team that works together to deliver the best solutions and customer service to our clients.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Training Eagle staff at various customer locations
- Perform site inspections
- Submit reports, photos, etc.
- Attend meetings, as needed
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with management
- Assist when needed with performing all cleaning duties for facilities using provided Eagle Janitorial products, tools and procedures
- Assist when needed with sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
- Assist with maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs
Eagle will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
