CNC Machinist Setup/Operator

Eagle mold is a custom mold builder for the aerospace, automotive and Medical industry. We are looking for motivated and experienced employees to join our team. Applicant should have experience with CNC Machine Setup and operation. Operators must be able to: Machine parts, accurately to specifications. must have Familiarity with CAD/CAM software. CNC Lathe experience a plus. Pay will reflect experience/knowledge. We are willing to train on the job. We provide a clean environment with modern tooling and Machines.

As a CNC Machinist Setup/Operator, you will be essential in ensuring the precise operation of CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your core skills in blueprint reading and precision measuring instruments will be vital in maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Your premium skills in CAM programming and CAD will enhance your ability to set up and operate complex machining tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including CNC lathes, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Utilize CAM programming and CAD software to create and modify machining programs.
• Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and troubleshoot any issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
