Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct repairs on various systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Utilize tools and equipment such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Execute residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic quality.
- Interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
- Skills in mechanical repairs are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage tasks and collaborate with others.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and manuals.
- A background in customer service will enhance interactions with guests and staff.
