Eagle Point School District 9 (EPSD9) is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, energetic Instructional Coach to join their team!

About the Role  
 
As an Instructional Coach (TOSA), you will play a key role in increasing student success through the implementation of research-based instructional practices. You will provide ongoing professional development, conduct classroom observations, offer feedback, and collaborate with staff to enhance teaching and learning. This position involves interpreting student data to guide curriculum and instruction, supporting school improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with staff, students, and the community while adhering to all district policies and legal requirements.
A valid Oregon Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation are required.

Position Title: Instructional Coach - Innovation Specialist TOSA (Teacher on Special Assignment)
Placement: District Wide - Building Placement TBD, OR
Supervisor: Principal or designee
Contract Days: 193/194 days/8 hr per day to begin August 21, 2025
Salary Range: $46,548 - $90,846 per year plus a Master's Stipend of $2,327. 
Salary placement will depend upon verified full-time experience and Master's level credits.
