South Umpqua School District is hiring an Instructional Coach to support teachers at Coffenberry Middle School and South Umpqua High School.
JOB GOAL : Work with administrators and teachers to improve student performance through strength-based instructional coaching, supporting the implementation of best practices, supporting school-wide data processes, leadership for the professional learning community process, and providing targeted support to our newest teachers

QUALIFICATIONS :
- A valid Oregon Teaching License
- Minimum Five years of secondary classroom teaching preferred
- Background coaching teachers and supporting the implementation of best practices.
- Proven track record of improving student achievement within a classroom or schoolwide setting
- Experience providing professional development
- Involvement in or leadership of a highly effective professional learning community.
