Position Overview:The Corporate Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and reconciling accounts receivable for multiple locations nationwide. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. The Specialist will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate collection of receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Processing:
- Process daily deposits, including bank transfers, loan transfers, and branch transfers.
- Generate and issue invoices, including storage invoices, IC Inventory invoices, and RX-TL invoice recons.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare daily deposit reports.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Work closely with the Collections team to identify and resolve outstanding debts.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Assist customers with account setup and maintenance.
- Process customer credit applications.
- Data Entry and Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the accounting system.
- Update tracking logs with payment information.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Collections team to identify and resolve outstanding debts.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Data Entry & Management: Accurate and efficient data entry, data reconciliation, and record keeping.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong
- relationships with customers.
