Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities within our facilities. Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain and repair equipment within the building
- Installation of equipment and appliances
- Schedule and coordinate building inspections
- Tasks related to plumbing, basic electrician work, general carpentry skills
- On call for emergent repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Assist in HVAC system maintenance
- Keeps a maintenance log
-Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner
-Reports to Director
Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance management or facilities management
- Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
-Communicates effectively
- Familiarity with DHS 83 regulations or willing to learn
