Key Responsibilities:

1. Rebuilding Brand Loyalty:

  • Design and implement consumer-focused activations that foster a personal connection with AB brands.
  • Collaborate with On Premise teams to create brand-specific programs that drive sampling and awareness.
  • Track and analyze retention metrics to ensure ongoing engagement and identify areas for improvement.

2. Enhancing Brand Perception:

  • Craft compelling brand stories and experiences that resonate with target audiences in the On-Premise sector.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns that highlight Anheuser-Busch’s values, purpose, and unique brand identity.
  • Host events, tastings, and promotions that enhance the visibility and appeal of our brands within the local community.

3. Driving Product Innovation:

  • Engage consumers and retailers through surveys, focus groups, and real-time feedback during brand activations.
  • Partner with product development and marketing teams to translate insights into actionable innovation opportunities.
  • Pilot new product launches and activation concepts to gauge consumer interest and fine-tune offerings for broader rollout.

4. Amplifying Word-of-Mouth Marketing:

  • Cultivate relationships with local influencers, brand ambassadors, and loyal customers to drive organic buzz.
  • Leverage digital and social media platforms to amplify activation success stories and positive consumer testimonials.
  • Develop and monitor referral and advocacy programs to encourage customers to share their experiences.

5. Gaining Competitive Advantage:

  • Build strong partnerships with key retail and On-Premise accounts to deliver bespoke brand experiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies, leveraging insights to refine activation efforts.
  • Ensure our brands are positioned as leaders in customer engagement and satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or consumer engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of the beverage/alcohol industry and On-Premise environments.
  • Proven ability to design and execute consumer activations that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

ROLE SUMMARY:
We’re looking for someone who wants to sell & merchandise these awesome brands in a way that will lead to a future with more cheers. We are recruiting for a Brand Activation Manager.

This position operates within a diverse market and focuses on improving sales through the implementation of various visual marketing tools and campaigns. Successful candidates should have a passion for working with others in a client-facing environment, and a strong desire for a long-term, sales focused, growing career within Eagle Rock.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Visit customers to execute marketing plans and ensure continuous availability of products in store.
  • Ensure the completion of all activities planned for the field sales process in order to achieve results.
  • Work as a team to identify sales development and marketing opportunities for AB products.
  • Execute the implementation of promotional strategies adapted for each client while ensuring maximum visibility.
  • Continually identify changes in the beer market regarding new products, packaging and business activities.
  • Ensure an impeccable and creative level of customer service based on customer needs and Eagle Rock quality standards.
  • Continuously check the management of product quality, prices and inventories and ensure follow-up with the sales manager
  • Supporting with various regional sales and marketing activations
  • Attending, running, and participating in brand experience promotions
  • Creating route to market plans for our On Premise clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Eagle Rock’s extensive network of customers
  • Maintaining accountability to a portfolio of customers and conducting in-person merchandising visits
  • Sell in, schedule, and execute innovative Marketing night promotions in accounts within a designated district (Including Weekends)
  • Sell-in new placements
  • Merchandise with paper Point of Sale, book permanent P.O.S., sell in and install new P.O.S., maintain existing P.O.S.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recap reports of BAM account activity
  • Manage Trade Spending and Promotional Products budgets

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Full, unrestricted driver’s license
  • 0-3 Years Experience in Sales (asset not required)
  • Available to work fulltime on a flexible schedule
  • Passion for working with a diverse group of people and building relationships
  • Not afraid to put in the work in order to grow and be successful
  • Assertive and self-motivated, with excellent leadership skills
  • Take direction, while also possessing strong problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy working independently, while being part of a fast-paced, team environment
  • Outstanding time management skills, coupled with the ability to coordinate and prioritize
  • Previous sales experience selling direct to customers, customer service, merchandising, hospitality industry is an asset

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 per year

(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
