Supervises outside transaction counsel and manages asset recovery litigation. Reviews and advises on legal contracts and agreements. Represents the organization in legal matters. Researches and analyzes laws and regulations for clients.

Requirements
Qualifications
- JD Juris Doctorate
- 4 years of commercial lending transaction experience practicing law
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties toward problem resolution
- Effective negotiation skills
- Skilled researcher who can evaluate risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Ability to apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
