Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical office.

Bonus Amounts are $750.00 at 6 months, $750.00 at 12 months, $1,000.00 at 18 months and $1,000.00 at 24 months.
Paid Maternity/Paternity leave– Eagle provides up to 2 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave after 1 year employed and 1,250 hours worked for the birth or adoption of a child. Time is pro-rated based on FTE status.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedules, coordinates and reschedules patients’ appointments. Relays necessary messages to staff. Asks pertinent questions in order to determine type and length of appointment.
Maintains and updates current information on physician’s schedules.
Courteously answers telephone with 2 to 3 rings and identifies self in a clear and concise manner, screens calls, and provides information.
Determine which calls are of an urgent need and know how to respond to these calls.
Reviews schedule for next business day and terms any inactive insurances.
Mail letters to patients who have not responded to scheduling a specialist referral appointment.
Assist in rescheduling patients when a provider and/or nurse health advisor takes personal leave time.
In the clerical supervisor’s absence, the Quick Care Operator is responsible for overseeing the Eagle Ultrasound schedule, which includes checking order for correct CPT Code and DX Code(s).

Follows HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality and maintains security of Protected Health Information (PHI).
Does not exhibit, divulge, copy or remove the contents of any record or report except to fulfill work assignments.
