Today, we are the world’s largest motorcycle rental and tourism company, and our brand is synonymous with motorcycle adventure worldwide. We offer a huge selection of perfectly maintained motorcycles, ATVs, dirt bikes, and scooters for one-way rentals or guided tours between stores located in the most desirable tourist destinations in the world.
We are in search of a Reservations Sales Agent that is bilingual with first-class customer service skills to join our growing team. Bilingual in French or Spanish is required for this role.
This individual will be responsible for sales, customer service and support for retail motorcycle rentals, self-drive tours, and Club EagleRider membership.
Compensation includes an hourly salary and commissions.
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Engage customers via all company retail channels; call center, online and in-store
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different types of topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance
- Coordinate with tours team on all incoming retail and wholesale self-drive tour bookings. This may include customer communication, route building, bookings, changes to reservations, hotel bookings, Mobile Tour Guide App coordination, and anything else required for front and back-end tour fulfillment.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Route calls to appropriate resources, if needed
- Follow up on customer calls / messages where necessary
- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets
