MANAGER IN TRAINING $50,000 - $55,000 / Yr DOE
Eagles Landing Travel Plazas is seeking a Manager-In-Training with possible relocation to several locations in Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Kansas, and Iowa. We are dedicated to the success of our stores, its managers, and their teams. All candidates must have 1 - 3 years' experience in the C-Store / Truck Stop management industry, have a great attitude and a desire to be part of something GREAT in one of these locations. Job location will be as directed by Employer.

Manager-In-Training Criteria :
MUST have a minimum of 1-3 years of Management experience.
MUST be willing to move to one of our location states as directed.
Duties (Trained in the Following Duties) :
Oversee all truckstop operations
Usage of food ordering system
Read P&L statements
Meet labor and C-Store goals
Manage operations to ensure food quality, brand standards, customer service, and cleanliness
Perform administrative duties including inventory and proper cash handling
Must participate in recruiting to help ensure your store is staffed according to management / team ratios
Conduct onboarding and off boarding activities and follow through with outstanding employee documentation to ensure compliance
Developing and maintaining the employees' schedule
Development of team
Manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Must be upbeat, energetic, have a great personality and a desire to serve
Must have strong interpersonal, verbal communication and team-building skills
Reliable transportation to and from work
