What will you be responsible for?
The most important responsibility of our management team is to drive sales through an amazing customer experience. Not only will you be personally responsible for selling and meeting goal, but you will also be coaching and developing your staff to do the same. Setting the example is very important in this role, so all of your time will be spent on the sales floor with your team. This is a hands on, boots on the ground position.
