Job Summary:
Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC), with multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties, is excited to announce multiple opportunities to become an integral part of our growing team as a full-time Audiology Assistant!
As an Audiology Assistant, you will be directly involved in our Perfect Patient Journey, ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times. We are looking for individuals who learn quickly, are capable of working independently as well as part of a team and have a positive attitude.

Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC) has been in practice for almost 50 years and is highly regarded in the medical community. Our office stays up-to-date with the latest in surgical and medical treatment(s) and equipment for a state of the art facility.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate kindness and compassion in all patient interactions.
- Help patients by providing information, services, and assistance.
- Conduct Basic Hearing Screenings
- Guide patients through Hearing Aid Orientations
- Reminder calls for patients
- Repairing Hearing Aids
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining supplies
- Knowledge of Insurance verification and billing
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Preferred experience in Otolaryngology.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year related audiology assistant experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
