About Us
Founded in 1974, ENT Specialists has a long history of delivering high-quality care with advanced sub-specialty training. Today, we operate three offices across Northern Virginia and are committed to serving our communities with a range of services.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and efficiently check them in for appointments.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate appointments, handle patient inquiries, and maintain a smooth front desk operation.
- Utilize our advanced patient portal system to communicate securely with providers and patients.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Our ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and compassionate, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff; manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Previous experience in a medical front office setting is preferred but not required.
