Production Associate

The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting all product lines by ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely handling of orders, assemblies, returns, and performing other warehouse activities as necessary. This position involves hands-on responsibilities such as packing and shipping, kitting, workstation setup, and performing quality checks, while also maintaining clear and proactive communication with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable updating order records, and liaising with sales and service partners to ensure a seamless workflow. Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Pack and ship orders and accurately record data.
• Kit and assemble products and packaging.
• Set up workstations for each assigned task with limited assistance.
• Process product returns and evaluation requests.
• Receive incoming mail, process orders and payments.
• Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders and ensure transparent communication.
• Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level staff within the job area (specifically as it relates to order processing tasks).
• Continuously update stock and order sheet.
• Proactively communicate with the sales team to ensure accurate and real time communication with clients about open orders.
• Ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and within the promised lead times.
• Communicate and support partners with queries and order fulfillment.
• Conduct smartphone setup and updates.
• Conduct headphone calibration.
• Complete quality checks.
• Ensure calibration and measuring equipment is calibrated annually.
• Adhere to work environment and required quality controls
• Ensure compliance records are kept up to date.
• Pick and stock inventory for daily shipment and document as necessary.
• Highlight areas of concern with systems or processes to improve job area effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as required.
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent reading, writing and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computer systems
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems
• Keen eye for detail and ability to follow complex written instructions.
• Valid driver's license
• Physical Requirements:
• Able to sit, stand, carry boxes and other materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Able to use a pallet jack and other goods transport equipment.
• Able to load, unload, and drive company vehicles
• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
  

$18.27 - $19.23 an hour

The base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed above. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Eargo's compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location . Based on the factors above, Eargo utilizes the full width of the range.
