This is an entry level position that provides end user support for IT needs, IT infrastructure support, maintenance, upgrades, and replacement.

The Desktop Support Technician’s role is to provide software/hardware support for all Coalition staff and offices.
Specific Job Duties
- Install and configure hardware and software components.
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues for end-users.
- Maintain IT documentation and network diagrams.
- Assist in network and security management tasks.
- Support backup and recovery procedures.
- Support and maintain basic phone system changes.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.
- Familiarity with system administration tools and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Associates Degree or higher preferred;
- Experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Primarily works in an office setting, able to sit for extended time.
- Travel required meetings, training and visibility events.
- Some bending and stooping. Able to lift 30 lbs.
