Internship Details
- Internships run from August through late October or early November (season dependent)
- Paid hourly position with eligibility for overtime pay
Responsibilities
- Assist in fruit processing, including intake, sorting, destemming, crushing, and press operation
- Monitor fermentation and assist in bottling operations
- Participate in cellar cleaning and sanitation activities
Requirements
- Previous harvest experience or related education in viticulture/enology
- Forklift operation experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking skills a plus
