Schedule: 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Center Opener/Floater. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our center each day by opening the facility, preparing breakfast, assisting with morning routines, and providing support across classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening the Center: Arrive early to open the center and prepare for the day, ensuring all necessary areas are set up and ready for staff and students.
• Breakfast Preparation: Prepare and serve breakfast to students, following any dietary restrictions or guidelines, and ensuring a clean and organized breakfast area.
• Drop-off of Before Care Students: Safely transport before-care students to school using the company vehicle, ensuring timely and secure drop-off.
• Classroom Floating: Provide support to classrooms as needed, assisting teachers with daily activities, helping manage the classroom environment, and giving staff breaks when necessary.
• General Assistance: Be flexible and assist wherever needed, ensuring the smooth running of the center, including managing supplies, supporting other team members, and stepping in during busy times.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for transportation duties).
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and support in various classroom environments.
• Experience in early childhood education or childcare is a plus but not required.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Compensation:

• Pay range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour, based on experience.
