We are a fee-only RIA founded in the NYC area and now HQ in Atlanta, GA. The majority of our clients are in the NY tri-state area with the remaining in other cities across the country. Our clients are high-achieving top-earners in their 30’s to 50’s. We want to be the absolute best firm for clients in this segment and we are building a team that strives to be top-tier in our industry.
You’ll be working directly with the founder, so you will be involved in every aspect of the business from operations to financial planning. No task will be too big or small. We use a modular approach to take our clients through financial planning and project management skills are required and highly valued.
ABOUT THE POSITION
A great fit for the Client Service & Operations Associate role is someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating structure. They have a natural ability to gather and review data, set clear priorities, and find practical solutions to problems. This person works well with processes, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. They’re dependable, focused, and good at minimizing risks while keeping things running smoothly. Whether it’s managing information or handling tools and materials, they’re resourceful and able to bridge the gap between physical and digital tasks to support the team’s goals.
The candidate needs to be located in Atlanta, GA. Will work from home, with occasional work days in our Atlanta office, as requested.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Client Service:
- Client Task Management: Ensure clients know their assigned tasks, deadlines, and are given the guidance they need from our team to take their next steps
- Investment Account Creation, Funding, & Maintenance : Own the process for establishing new accounts, maintenance on existing accounts, troubleshooting issues at the Custodian
- Data-Gathering Meetings/Tech Support for clients: Assist clients via zoom with data-gathering or navigating user-error/technical issues across any of our collaboration systems (1Password, eMoney, Dropbox, Schwab, etc)
Financial Planning Support:
- Prospective Clients: Own the prospective client workflow to ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to onboarding
- Client Onboarding: Own the onboarding experience for new clients from a YES to a successful first financial planning meeting; ensure an efficient data-gathering process and organization for advisory team
- Financial Planning Data-Entry: Entry of preliminary data and organization into financial planning software and templates as required
- Client Meeting Preparation: Own the meeting preparation process ensuring the most accurate data; prepare a tailored agenda with topics and reference materials for advisor review
- COI/Client Resource Management: Research and maintain our database of COIs/service providers (i.e. estate attorneys, CPAs, bookkeepers, career coaches), and resources for our clients
Business Operations & Administrative Support:
- Contracts & Payments: Ensure client agreements and payment methods are set-up and current
- Database & Systems Management: Own the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and other key tools and template
- Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with other team members to review and improve our standard operating procedures and systems
- Executive Admin Support For Founder: Act in an executive assistance capacity as needed to the founder for calendar management, correspondence with clients/COIs, and planning work-related travel (conferences/client events)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a financial services or operations role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proactive communicator, self-starter and excellent at project management and following assignments through to completion
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Our vision is to be able to pay as close to market compensation for each and every role in the firm. While we have the constraints of a smaller firm, we expect things to progress rapidly.
- Cash Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 (DOE) Base Salary
- Annual bonus based on overall firm and individual performance
- Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance coverage after 90-day period (through FPA)
- Retirement Plan: 3% Non-elective employer contribution to 401k after 90 days of employment
- Health Reimbursement Arrangement via QSEHRA for up to $400/month (there is no group health insurance plan currently and this is meant to subsidize the cost of you buying your own insurance if needed)
- Professional Development Budget - Lead advisor will co-curate your development plan and the firm will sponsor your training and participation in courses, conferences, and other CE as appropriate for your role
- 2 Weeks of annual vacation time (increases with tenure) plus major national holidays extra PTO from ~Dec 20th to Jan 2nd (annually), in total a minimum of 26 paid days off per year
- 1-month paid summer sabbatical provided after every 5 years of service
- Half-day Fridays in June and July
- A company laptop with necessary software and accessories (For data security reasons, we expect you to do firm work using firm tools) - any tools issued to you belong to the firm
