Position Summary
As a Sr. People Partner at EarnIn, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our company culture helping leaders align our people programs with our mission and values in ways that move the business forward. You will be the main point of contact for dedicated org groups within EarnIn, including our global Engineering organization. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about enabling people to drive business results, has a strong understanding of HR best practices, loves data and systems, and thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $180,000 equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide People Partner (HRBP) Support to dedicated org groups including Engineering.
- Advise and support PxT programs n by both responding to individual employee and manager requests on internal processes
- Partner with other People Partners, Diversity Inclusion & Belonging (DIB), and Talent Management to build scalable people processes that enable EarnIn’s rapid global growth
- Assist in the regular cadence of PxT programs including talent management, compensation and performance reviews, and talent planning; leader coaching ; engagement and other surveys, offboarding, and other ad hoc programs
- Assist with the facilitation of Learning & Development programs including small group trainings, focus groups, and other ways to share and enhance knowledge
- Create simple and effective programs and people processes for client groups
- Understand business cycles, priorities, and cultural nuances as they impact and influence operational execution
- Evaluate data and trends to create and maintain an engaged workforce, anticipate needs, and design solutions to promote a sense of belonging
- Provide feedback and counsel to enhance manager effectiveness and individual/team capabilities
- Partner with other People Partners to establish change initiatives, identifying risks, and develop communication plans
- Work with internal stakeholders, managers, and employees to address Employee Relations issues and reach optimal outcomes
- Collect, synthesize and present summary of exit interview findings on a regular cadence
- Work with employees, managers, and the broader PxT team to foster a high performance, collaborative, fun, and equitable work environment
- This role is fast paced, varied, and requires someone who is able to change priorities at short notice and work asynchronously. You should be organized, tech savvy, compassionate, results-oriented, and place a high value on impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years of experience working in HR, People Partner or related role
- Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business by offering solutions in line with values and business objectives
- Demonstrated experience in career development, talent management, diversity & inclusion, or other HR/People related programs
- Experience in Learning and Development is a strong plus
- Change management skills - you can work through complex challenges with both employee and business needs in mind
- Actively think about your work with an eye toward inclusive solutions that increase employee engagement and belonging
